She has spent the past 13 years in marketing and advertising, where she has worked with Fortune 500 companies to build and scale their brand and overall market influence.
Melissa has extensive experience in building revenue and marketing practices from the ground up and has been instrumental in the success of businesses within media and ad tech. She most recently spent time advising and consulting digital focused start-ups by helping build out their infrastructure and taking new products to market.
Melissa is the former Chief Revenue Officer at recently acquired Flite, the leading creative management where she oversaw a national sales and marketing team. Her focus was building strategic relationships with partners and clients, encouraging and optimizing internal processes and building a trusted and recognized brand in market.
Prior to joining Flite, Melissa was the VP of Marketing Solutions at SHIFT (acquired by Brand Networks), where she played an instrumental role in growing the business by driving product adoption and providing social strategy for top brands and agencies.
Before SHIFT, Melissa spent years leading a sales team at DailyCandy and was a key contributor to the sales organizations of Barry Diller’s IAC and CBS Interactive.
Melissa graduated with bachelor’s degree from Quinnipiac University where she studied mass communications and sociology.
